Cosmetic Surgeries For Models Harming

Many people all around the world see plastic or cosmetic surgery as the solution to their problems regarding their physical aspect. The truth is that celebrities, actors, models, or TV stars aren’t exceptions either. Probably you have heard many rumors about well-known personalities who got a lot prettier over the night. It is absolutely acceptable to enhance our looks, but we have to think about the so-called side-effects as well.

Many models get injections with different substances, such as Botox. This kind of procedure isn’t so dangerous and some say that the effects make it worth the effort. Another type of procedure that is common among glamour models or prospective actresses is breast enhancement. This isn’t very preferable with commercial print or catwalk models, usually their bosoms aren’t so large (I believe that this is a social convention, since I can’t find another, more reasonable explanation for it).

This procedure can be very dangerous if it isn’t done properly: the risks include the prospect of loss of silicone in the body, bleeding of the gel and encapsulation. All of these might lead to very serious health issues. If we see a fashion-show, we can observe that most of the models have very beautifully shaped and contoured buttocks.  It is very likely that only a small percentage of them got this from the nature, so, in order to be able to predominate in the industry, a lot of models turned to a procedure called buttock augmentation or gluteoplasty.

During this surgery fat is injected in the patient’s buttocks or an implant is used to get the wanted results.  You might have heard about the Argentinean model, Solange Magnano, who died after having such a procedure because of complications. These might have included pulmonary embolism or a blocked lung artery. One can often hear about cosmetic surgeries for models harming them.

You may have already learned that in movies amazing, unimaginable and astonishing things can happen. You might also have learned (and if you didn’t, I will tell you now) that in real life even more extreme things can happen than those shown in movies. We all know that fashion designers design the clothes to be size 0. This means that the models who wear them must be extremely slim.

Some of them have the natural making, others turn to plastic surgery. Liposuction is the most common procedure, which involves the elimination of fat from the areas the patient wants to. This procedure has minimal risks, but it still has some, like discoloration or depigmentation of the area where the liposuction was affected, numbness, pain or bruising. There are some extreme cases as well regarding the achievement of size 0. Some models can’t be so slim because the way their ribs are located. It is just natural that this can be solved as well.

Some surgeons carry out surgeries that involve the extraction of the two lower ribs. It really is amazing if you come to think about it. The models shown by the media should be some kind of role-models for the average people, but I don’t think that any of us would like their children to do the things some models do. Parents don’t want to see cosmetic surgeries for models harming their children.
