Unsuccessful Cosmetic Surgeries

Cosmetic surgery although it is said to ensure a great look, a perfect body and a growing self-esteem can sometimes have undesirable results and can end in a tragically way producing even the death of the patient.

There are some steps before making a cosmetic surgery. Firstly, the person interested in such a surgery must gather all the information needed in order to know exactly at what he is exposing to. Secondly, the surgeon that will perform the operation must be one that has many studies in this field and the testimonies of some of his patients can be of great help. Thirdly, the discussion with the surgeon performing the operation is obligatory and the advices given are more than useful to know exactly what the patient wants and what the surgeon can offer. After passing through all these steps, the Cosmetic Surgery can still be Unsuccessful because not all the bodies react in the same way and there are complications may occur.

There are some examples of Unsuccessful Cosmetic Surgeries. One of the examples is Michael Jackson, who turned from a black talented young singer to a white mutant with straighten hair and little Peter Pan nose that transformed him entirely. His state of mind is also fragile, being charged with minor’s corruption and various strange acting. Another terrifying example is the actress Jocelyn Wildenstein who looks just like a monster from Friday’s horror movie. There are some cases when people have died because of cosmetic surgeries made by nonprofessional surgeons, patients whose body collapsed because of an internal bleeding or infection. Like any other surgery, the cosmetic one is also very dangerous and has as many risks as any other type of surgery does. Some patients know the risks they expose to but choose to ignore them and the result might be tragic.

A good surgeon has the duty to explain all the pros and cons of the procedure the clients’ wishes to make and the decision of going through with a cosmetic surgery must be taken along with the specialist because he is paid to ensure the best results. If the Cosmetic Surgery is Unsuccessful then he is the first to blame and he is fully responsible of the life and state of mind of his patient because a cosmetic surgery gone bad produces not only scars on the body but also on the mental and emotional part. There are persons who may produce suicide if their body or face is destroyed for ever and this is a guilt that a surgeon must assume for life.
